By downloading, installing, or using our habit tracking application ("App", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The App is a habit tracking and building tool that allows you to:

3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You may create an account using email or Google
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account
3.3 Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through:
- Settings > Account > Delete Account
- Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1 Free Trial
- New users may receive a free trial period
- Trial duration and availability are subject to change
- You will not be charged during the trial period
4.2 Premium Subscription
Premium subscriptions provide:
- Unlimited habit slots
- AI-powered progress reports and insights
- Advanced analytics
- Priority support
- Additional features as announced
4.3 Pricing and Billing
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Prices are subject to change with notice
- Currency and taxes depend on your location
4.4 Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
- Contact Apple or Google for refund requests
4.5 Grandfathering
- Users who subscribed before certain feature changes may retain special pricing or features
- Grandfathered benefits may be lost if subscription is cancelled
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
5.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
- Provide accurate information
- Respect the intellectual property rights of others
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit malicious code or viruses
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
- Share your account with others
